Aubrey O’Day is once again reminding people that she was not called to testify during the trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs, which concluded with the mogul being convicted on Mann Act violations.
“I wasn’t asked to testify,” the Bad Boy Records alum wrote in a post shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Monday (Oct. 5). “I was absolutely transparent with Homeland Security about everything, including my alleged rape affidavit. Learn how the legal process works and until then, please shut the fuck up.”

O’Day’s pointed reminder came in response to a recent TMZ interview in which she claimed that Diddy has been “enjoying” his time in prison. As previously reported by NBC News in a piece seen here, Diddy has allegedly managed to maintain a “privileged life” while incarcerated.
“He’s not really gonna need for much,” O’Day told TMZ this week. “He’s got whiskey, pizza, pasta, Thai massages. He’s got Instagram.”
O’Day also voiced concern about how people might respond once Diddy is released. At present, the 56-year-old is scheduled to be released from a low-security facility in New Jersey on Jan. 21, 2028. However, his projected release date has been adjusted several times in recent months.
In September, O’Day, who appeared in the Emmy-winning Netflix docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning last year, called the U.S. criminal justice system “broken,” arguing that Diddy “will come back a worse criminal” after his release. From O’Day’s perspective, Diddy’s time behind bars is less about rehabilitation and more like “a shitty vacation.”
