Cardi B has been a major force in the mainstream music scene since 2018. She remains one of the biggest female MCs in the game, and whenever she releases new music, it’s almost guaranteed to make an impact on the charts.
There has been speculation about whether she could appear in GTA VI. The game is scheduled to arrive on November 19, with fans expecting at least one of its radio stations to feature a Cardi B track. Rockstar Games is also releasing an album featuring original music on the same day as the game. Travis Scott, Metro Boomin, Future, and Yung Lean are among the artists featured on the project.
Now, it appears Cardi B could potentially be part of the album too. In a recent Instagram Story, Cardi shared a photo of a cropped hoodie lying on her bed with the word “Baddie” printed on it. Interestingly, the hoodie appears to be the same one worn by Lucia during one of the missions shown in the GTA VI Netflix extended look.
This all but strengthens the idea that Cardi B could have some kind of role in the game. The soundtrack’s pre-save page was updated this week, and Cardi B’s name appeared on the listing. It’s another sign that she may be featured on the project.
At this point, it’s unclear whether her song will be released ahead of the game or arrive alongside it on November 19. Either way, the latest developments are exciting news for fans.
