Diddy Taken From Prison to Hospital for Treatment of Head Injury

Diddy was reportedly taken from prison for medical treatment after sustaining a head injury over the weekend.

On Monday (Oct. 12), TMZ reported that the incarcerated music executive experienced a medical emergency at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, where he is serving a 50-month prison sentence. According to the outlet, Diddy was taken out of the facility early Saturday morning (Oct. 10) to receive treatment for the injury. He was reportedly transported to a nearby hospital for what was described as a non-life-threatening condition before returning to prison several hours later.

The circumstances surrounding Diddy’s alleged injury remain unclear. His spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, told XXL, “We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out.”

Despite being behind bars, Diddy has continued making headlines in recent weeks. In September, footage surfaced allegedly showing the Bad Boy Entertainment founder using a contraband cellphone while incarcerated. NBC News also published a report claiming that the music mogul was using his money to secure special comforts in prison, including massages, nude photos and alcohol.

The following day, Diddy was reportedly placed in solitary confinement amid an investigation into his alleged rule violations.

His release date, which has changed several times, was subsequently pushed back by two months. He is now scheduled to be released on March 2, 2028.
