50 Cent Claims Diddy Sent Him Funeral Flowers After Watching His Documentary

50 Cent claims Diddy sent him funeral flowers after watching the Netflix documentary about the disgraced music mogul while behind bars.

During an appearance on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday (Oct. 13), Fif confirmed that Diddy sent him a floral arrangement after watching his Netflix documentary, Sean Combs: The Reckoning, which won an Emmy Award in September.

50 Cent expressed surprise that Diddy managed to watch the documentary on a jailbroken iPad at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, which he jokingly described as “a club.”

“I’m sure [he] thought it was the best documentary he ever saw in his life,” he quipped.

The Power franchise creator then recalled receiving funeral flowers from the Bad Boy Records founder while spending time at Miami nightclub E11EVEN, an unexpected gesture that caught him off guard.

“Yeah, he sent me like, a funeral [basket] at…Club E11EVEN,” he said. “I was like, ‘Yo, who sent me?’ And I was like, ‘Oh, okay. I know where it came from,'” he added.

50 Cent revealed that he had since returned the gesture. “I just sent him something recently,” he said.

“What did you send him?” Kimmel asked.

“A bump on the head,” Fif replied.

The rapper was referring to a TMZ report that Diddy experienced a medical emergency in prison and was taken to a hospital over the weekend. According to the celebrity news outlet, the music executive left the facility early Saturday morning (Oct. 10) for treatment of a head injury. He was reportedly taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries before returning to prison several hours later.

However, conflicting accounts have emerged about the incident. TMZ reported that the injury resulted from a prison fight between Diddy and Christopher “Dudus” Coke, described as an infamous Jamaican drug lord, on Friday (Oct. 9). Meanwhile, Page Six reported a different account, with sources claiming that Diddy simply hit his head on an upper bunk bed. He is reportedly recovering well.

Diddy is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence following his convictions on prostitution-related charges. He has reportedly been placed in solitary confinement over allegations of using a cellphone in prison and purchasing prohibited luxuries, including massages and alcohol.

Additionally, his projected release date has been moved to March 2, 2028, after initially being scheduled for January 21, 2028.
