Meek Mill Claims He Could Pack Madison Square Garden With Just 45 Days of Promotion

Meek Mill says he believes he can sell out New York City’s iconic Madison Square Garden—as long as he has enough time to promote the show.

On Thursday (October 15), the Philly rapper took to X to share his concert ambitions, claiming he could fill MSG or the Barclays Center in less than two months.

“I can sell out the Garden or the Barclays [Center] with 45 days of promo!” he wrote. Barclays Center can accommodate up to 19,000 people for concerts, while Madison Square Garden’s main venue holds more than 20,000.

In recent years, Meek Mill has become known for sharing a range of bold opinions on social media. He’s also used the platforms to air his frustrations about the music industry, gun violence, DJ Akademiks, and other topics. More recently, he said that footage of Bloodhound Q50’s fatal shooting had been haunting him.

On a lighter note, Meek has also posted repeatedly about how embracing artificial intelligence has benefited him. “Nothing teaches me better than AI,” he wrote. “I learnt things that I’ve been asking people for years in a simple way!” Last year, he also said he was developing an “AI tool that can change the world.”

At the moment, Meek Mill has no solo shows on his schedule. However, he’s set to perform at Nightmare on Channelside at Tampa’s Benchmark International Arena, an event headlined by Kevin Gates and Kodak Black. The lineup also features Da Baby, Bossman DLow, Boston Richey, and others.
