Jennifer Lopez may have found a new romantic interest, and this time, it’s someone who has openly expressed his admiration for her.
The 57-year-old singer and actress is reportedly dating 46-year-old Ted Lasso star Brett Goldstein, despite the pair previously denying any romantic involvement. According to Page Six, the former Office Romance co-stars have begun seeing each other, though a source described their relationship as “casual.”
The latest reports follow a Deuxmoi claim linking Lopez and Goldstein after they attended a Hollywood party on October 16. The pair reportedly arrived at and departed the Los Angeles event in the same vehicle but entered separately to avoid being photographed together.
Although neither Jennifer Lopez nor Brett Goldstein has publicly confirmed a relationship, the latest reports come after months of speculation about their apparent chemistry.
Lopez and Goldstein worked together on Netflix’s Office Romance, which paired the singer and actress with the British comedian and actor, best known for playing Roy Kent on Ted Lasso. Goldstein has openly expressed his long-standing admiration for Lopez, discussing his familiarity with her films and his desire to work alongside her.
Their promotional appearances in May sparked rumors that their connection might extend beyond the workplace. Both stars previously denied dating, making the latest reports a departure from their earlier statements.
A source who spoke to Page Six suggested that the pair share similar interests outside their professional lives.
“The one thing they have in common is they both enjoy going out to parties and restaurants,” the insider said, while taking a dig at Lopez’s ex-husband, Ben Affleck. “Unlike her ex Ben [Affleck], who always had a scowl on his face when they were out.”
The reported romance comes two years after Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck in August 2024. The former couple rekindled their relationship in 2021, nearly 20 years after calling off their original engagement, before marrying in 2022. Their divorce was finalized in February 2025.
Following their split, Lopez acknowledged that she needed to rethink how she approached relationships. During an October 2025 appearance on The Howard Stern Show, she admitted that making so much of her romantic life public had caused difficulties.
“My personal life has suffered at times because of that,” she said, explaining that she intended to keep future relationships more private.
“You have to change your behavior if you want to have a successful relationship in your life,” Lopez added.
The singer’s love life has long attracted public attention. She has been married four times, to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd, Marc Anthony and Ben Affleck.
Noa publicly accused Lopez of infidelity in 2025, though the allegations have not been substantiated. Lopez has also spoken about nearly giving up during the difficult period following her separation from Marc Anthony, with whom she shares twins Max and Emme.
If the reports are accurate, Goldstein would be Lopez’s first publicly reported romantic partner since her divorce from Affleck.
