Chris Brown appears to be unfazed following his suspended eight-month sentence in the UK assault case. Although the R&B star avoided immediate imprisonment, provided he complies with the conditions of his sentence, his legal outcome has drawn criticism from several people. Brown has now seemingly responded to some of that backlash with a threat of his own.
Social media creator @grizzyhendrixthegod recently called out Chris Brown over his history of violence, describing the singer as an “idiot.”
“He has all the b*tches, all the money in the world, and he’s beating up n***as with a f*cking bottle across the head,” the person said. “Why is this n***a still trying to be a f**cking tough guy? You should have security guards beating the breaks off n***as, not you! You making mad money, you’re the money bag… You should be sitting back like a boss, not still trying to be f*cking Chris Pop.”
The clip eventually gained traction online and went viral, catching Brown’s attention in the process. The singer responded with just a few words, making it clear he wasn’t taking kindly to the criticism. “Don’t be next,” Chris commented beneath the video.
Grizzy Hendrix stood by his criticism of Chris Brown while still acknowledging the singer’s accomplishments throughout his career. “You still a legend n***a but take it easy Chris Pac,” he wrote.
Earlier this month, Chris Brown pleaded guilty to affray, while the more serious charges of assault and attempting to cause grievous bodily harm were dropped. The charges stemmed from a 2023 nightclub incident in which Brown and his vocal coach, Omololu Akinlolu, attacked music producer Abraham Diaw. Footage of the alleged assault surfaced shortly after Brown was sentenced.
