BigXthaPlug is planning to keep his family close by building a massive compound in his home state of Texas.
During Wednesday’s (Oct. 28) episode of Shannon Sharpe’s podcast Club Shay Shay, the Dallas rapper discussed the benefits of investing in a 150-acre family compound. Around the 49-minute mark of the interview, BigX revealed that he had already mapped out a blueprint for the property. He also joked that although his family sometimes puts him through “hell,” having everyone live together would make financial sense.
“‘Cause it’s like, now I got to deal with [you’re aunt calling for] mortgage, your cousin calling for rent, this person calling for this, light bill, gas bill. Everything already [taken] care of,” he explained. “So that’s one less burden on me.”
The “The Largest” rapper also revealed plans to build a “convention center” where both sides of his family can cook, gather, and spend time together. “I got to do ‘cause it’s going to be less on me,” he explained.
BigX went on to share that his immediate family and two security guards currently live with him. He added that the women in his family, including his mother, grandmother, and sisters, don’t have to work.
“I treat everything like we call our house the kingdom, ‘cause we treat each other like kings and queens,” he said. “They treat me like the king of the palace and I treat them like the queens of the kingdom. That’s how it’s supposed to be.”
Last year, BigX celebrated moving into his first mansion before later giving streamer N3ON a tour of the property.
