Diddy’s four-year-old daughter, Love Sean Combs, sent her father birthday wishes in a video shared on Instagram as he turned 57.
Love, whom Diddy shares with model Dana Tran, also asked when her father would come to visit her. However, the Bad Boy Entertainment founder is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence for two counts of violating the Mann Act. His release date has been moved forward several times, with the music mogul now expected to be released on Feb. 6, 2027.
Last month, Diddy was moved from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey to FCI Allenwood Low in Pennsylvania, although the reason for the transfer has not been disclosed.
Love’s birthday video was shared alongside several other tributes from Diddy’s family members. His 20-year-old twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila, whom he shares with the late Kim Porter, also celebrated him on Instagram. The twins described their father as “the best dad ever” in a post on their Instagram Story. Other birthday messages came from his 20-year-old daughter, Chance, whom he shares with Sarah Chapman, as well as his adopted son, Quincy Brown, Kim Porter’s son with Al B. Sure!.
However, the latest birthday tributes come just two years after prosecutors accused the embattled music mogul of orchestrating similar birthday posts from his family members in an attempt to influence potential jurors ahead of his trial, allegedly violating a court order.
“[T]he defendant enlisted family members to plan and execute a social media campaign around the defendant’s birthday, with the intention of influencing the potential jury in this criminal proceeding,” prosecutors stated in a November 2024 court filing. “At the defendant’s carefully curated direction, the defendant’s children posted a video to their respective social media accounts showing the defendant’s children gathered to celebrate the defendant’s birthday. The defendant (from within the MDC [where he was in jail at the time]) then monitored the analytics—i.e., audience engagement—and explicitly discussed with his family how to ensure that the video had his desired effect on potential jury members in this case.”
During his time at Fort Dix, where he was serving his 50-month sentence, Diddy was reportedly placed in solitary confinement following alleged altercations and claims involving contraband cellphones. Last month, reports also emerged that he had sustained a head injury, with speculation that it may have resulted from a fight. He has since been transferred to another facility.
Diddy was arrested in September 2024, less than a year after his former girlfriend and ex-Bad Boy artist, Cassie Ventura, filed a lawsuit accusing him of more than a decade of rape and abuse. The case was settled shortly after it was filed. In July 2025, Diddy was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking charges. His appeal is still ongoing.
