Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey have purchased a stunning Los Angeles mansion with a rich celebrity history. The couple reportedly spent $14.5 million on the estate, which was previously owned by George Clooney and Stevie Nicks.
According to FENDLUX, the 7,000-square-foot property is tucked away on 3.1 private acres and features six bedrooms, a pool, a tennis court, and multiple guest houses.
San Francisco 49ers star Christian McCaffrey recently sold his North Carolina properties as part of his move to California, while Olivia Culpo previously owned a $3.5 million estate in Encino.
The mansion they just purchased has a deep Hollywood history. George Clooney bought the property from Fleetwood Mac icon Stevie Nicks in 1995 for $2.2 million and lived there for 30 years. Scenes from Clooney’s longtime residence, featured on CBS’s Person to Person, showcased its hardwood floors, coffered ceilings, stone fireplaces, and a grand dining room stocked with an extensive wine collection.
Clooney purchased the house during his ER days and often said there was a difference between a house and a home: “A house is a place to just live in, but a home is a place where your family and friends are a part of.” After marrying Amal Clooney in 2014, the couple made it their primary residence, raising their twins Ella and Alexander there after their arrival in 2017.
Now, the home will become a haven for another growing family. Culpo and McCaffrey tied the knot in Rhode Island on June 29, 2024, and recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary with sweet tributes on social media.
Culpo shared, “One year down, with something new. Soon, it’s more than just us two. Best day ever, best year ever. Happy anniversary to the love of my life, so thankful.”
The couple revealed in March that they were expecting their first child together. Their daughter, Collette Annalise McCaffrey, was born on July 13, 2025.
