Rick Ross is back at it with the 50 Cent taunts, this time taking shots at the rap mogul’s early record deal — and he didn’t hold back.
On Thursday (July 31), Rozay shared a lavish video from a pool, where he calmly questioned 50 about his initial contract with Interscope/Aftermath.
“I got a question,” Ross began. “50 Cent, after your first album went diamond, no one around you thought it would be a good idea to renegotiate that horrendous contract you was in for ownership of your master’s after that first album? The second album? Third album? The fourth album?”
Between each “album,” Rick Ross paused just long enough for his words to sting even more. But he wasn’t done there — the next line went straight for the jugular.
“Who got fucked worse?” Ross asked rhetorically, seemingly throwing shade at someone close to 50 Cent and hinting at personal struggles.
This latest jab is just the newest chapter in the pair’s 17-year-long beef. Recently, Ross dragged 50’s youngest son, Sire Jackson, into the feud. In an Instagram Story, he referred to Sire — whom 50 shares with Daphne Joy — as Bruce LeRoy, the main character from the 1985 martial arts classic The Last Dragon.
“I done took his youngest son, Bruce LeRoy… I done took him fishing before,” Ross said, though it’s unclear if that actually happened. He went on to say he was “proud” that the boy caught his first fish.
In another video, Ross joked about gifting Sire a puppy. “Me and my buddies, we was talking about little man possibly suffering with trauma in the future,” Ross said. “And I said, ‘Okay, that’s something I never thought about. Trauma.’ But, if he is suffering from trauma or needs any assistance, I’ma be here for him. I would love to get him a puppy. What kind of puppy? Chihuahua? A Chihuahua for Bruce LeRoy.”
This came days after 50 posted a viral clip of Ross embracing someone on a yacht in Miami, implying something about his sexuality.
“Ya man was looking real saucy kissing that boy on that boat!” 50 wrote. “That’s not AI.”
Ross quickly clapped back, clarifying what was happening in the video while throwing another jab at 50. “You’re so infatuated with my lifestyle,” he said. “You see me out on a yacht with a Black, beautiful woman, and I hope you don’t have anything against Black, beautiful women, Curtis.
“I mean, what are you insinuating here? … You a hurt hoe, but get over it, man. Enjoy your glass of fine bubbles, and move on in life. Be happy.”
