Megan Thee Stallion’s ex-manager claims a deepfake video caused the rapper serious emotional distress.

Megan Thee Stallion’s former manager says the rapper ended up in an intensive—and pricey—therapy program after a deepfake porn video made in her likeness circulated online.

Travis Farris, known as T-Farris, took the stand on Wednesday (Nov. 19) in Megan’s defamation trial against blogger Milagro Gramz.

Per TMZ, Farris testified that Megan spent $240,000 on a four-week therapy program to deal with the emotional turmoil caused by Gramz’s posts, including the explicit deepfake that some people thought was real.

He shared that Megan came to him crying, apologizing that he even had to see the video, which pushed her to seek treatment.

Farris also recalled rushing to the hospital after receiving a text about the July 2020 shooting involving Tory Lanez, who was later convicted in 2022.

In court, Megan’s legal team confirmed she has been diagnosed with PTSD, and noted that Dr. Lenore Walker—the doctor behind the diagnosis—was scheduled to testify later that same day.

Farris shut down Gramz’s claims that he and Megan were romantically involved, describing their dynamic as a “big brother/little sister” relationship that formed after he became her manager shortly before her mother, Holly Thomas, died in 2019.

Megan sued Gramz last October, accusing her of running a “campaign of harassment and cyberbullying” tied to Lanez’s conviction.

Lanez and his attorney, Crystal Morgan, were held in contempt of court last week and fined $20,000 after he refused to answer questions during a deposition for Megan’s defamation case against Gramz.
