OnlyFans star Sophie Rain weighed in on the debate by comparing her old restaurant job to her current career, saying her previous work required far more physical effort.
“Working a 9–5 means you’re selling your body way more than any OF girl does,” one user wrote on X.
Rain replied, “My waitress job was definitely more physically demanding.”
Despite Rain’s response, several X users continued posting harsh criticism of OnlyFans creators, labeling them “parasites” and “worse than sex workers.”
One comment read, “Waitresses actually give back to society. OnlyFans women don’t.”
Another user wrote, “I hope you’re feeling good right now. Being a waiter sucks. I respect it, but it’s f*cking hard — both physically and mentally.”
Someone else added, “If we’re being real, the actual dream is not having a job at all,” while another jokingly chimed in, “So funny and amazing and beautiful and strong and nice too.”
Rain, who has said she is religious and attends virtual church services, has also spoken openly about setting her own boundaries for the content she creates. “You have got to have morals or else you’re going to get lost in the industry. That’s just what happens. It’s really easy to listen to what someone else says and try to follow what they do, but you have got to stay true to yourself,” she told Fox News Digital earlier this year.
The influencer also confirmed she has not had sex, despite rumors. “I’m waiting for the right person,” she explained. Rain added that she recently purchased a 20-acre property and plans to open a content house where creators can collaborate on social media videos.
