Cardi B is urging people to relax amid harsh commentary about her relationship with New England Patriots quarterback Stefon Diggs.
The pair spent Christmas apart just weeks after welcoming their first child together, a move that raised eyebrows among fans of the Am I the Drama? rapper. However, in a video shared on Monday (Dec. 29), Cardi B made it clear there was no cause for concern.
“Y’all been dragging me for three or four days and y’all been a little bit too mean,” the Grammy winner said.
“I can’t change shit,” she added. “I can’t go back in time. I already had a baby. Y’all want me to put the baby back in my pussy? I don’t know what y’all want me to do. Y’all want me to leave my man and fuck yours?”
The rapper went on to say, “We can only go forward now,” adding that “2026 is in a couple of days.” She admitted the pressure is already setting in, noting, “I have so much work to do once January starts that it’s stressing me out.”
Cardi B shared that she’s gearing up for rehearsals ahead of her first headlining tour, which means less time with her newborn son. “I’m already super stressed out,” she said. “I need for my support system, my fans to love me. I want y’all to come to my tour and enjoy yourself with me. Don’t be dragging me, that’s enough!”
She wrapped things up by sending well wishes to her supporters, but also asked them to back off, adding that they sometimes “scare” her.
Diggs and Cardi’s relationship also seemed solid following the birth of their son, as the rapper showed up to support her boyfriend during the Patriots’ 42–10 victory over the New York Jets on Sunday (Dec. 28), putting breakup rumors to rest.
While Diggs reportedly spent Christmas with some of his other children from past relationships, Cardi stayed home with her three older kids — Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 1 — whom she shares with her estranged husband, Offset.
