Cardi B is shutting down rumors after a blogger allegedly claimed that a man was responsible for knocking out one of her teeth.
The rapper addressed the speculation during an X Spaces livestream on Saturday (June 20), directly calling out the unnamed blogger behind the claim.
“Why you lying and saying that a n**** touched me and knocked my [tooth] out?” Cardi said during the livestream. “First of all, I don’t give a fuck if I’m beefing with a n***a, if I hate a n***a—one thing I’m not going to do is go and lie on a motherfucker. A n***a never even laid a nail on me. I don’t play that domestic violent bullshit.”
Cardi firmly denied the allegations, making it clear that no man had ever physically harmed her and expressing frustration over what she described as a completely false narrative.
During the livestream, Cardi opened up about her childhood and past relationships, explaining why rumors involving physical abuse struck a nerve. She shared that she grew up surrounded by what she described as “a lot of bullshit” and recalled her father having relationships with “so many bitches.”
“Maybe I feel like that’s why I tolerate bullshit from these n***s because I feel like it was so regular … to me growing up,” she said. “But one thing I never seen my father do was hit and touch my mom. My dad never hit my mom. Even when my mom used to beat the shit out of him in front of us, you know what my dad used to do? Walk away. Just walk away. And that’s why one thing I don’t tolerate is a n***a touching me.”
She went on to reflect on a past relationship, saying, “When I had my first boyfriend and I started living with him, and he started laying his hands on me? That’s one thing that I say I will never in my life tolerate that again. Anything but that. I do not like getting hit. So why would you sit here and lie and say a n***a knocked my tooth out?”
Cardi later revisited the rumor, arguing that the claim didn’t make sense and pointing to her veneers as proof. According to the rapper, a serious dental injury would have required major changes to her smile.
“Do you know that when you have veneers, if your teeth get knocked out and everything, your whole mouth will have to change?” she explained. “You could see these teeth that I have, I’ve been having them for years. Every single time you get veneers, I don’t give a fuck what anybody say, your mouth looks different.”
“Bitch, why would you lie like that? Matter of fact, go ahead and prove it. Why would you be so sick and say that? Post the day when that happened. ‘Cause every single day I take pictures of myself. Go ahead and post the date that that supposedly ever happened,” Cardi said, challenging the blogger to back up the claim.
Elsewhere during the livestream, the rapper also criticized the same blogger for allegedly claiming to have photos of her baby son, describing the behavior as “sick and twisted.”
Cardi welcomed the child with Stefon Diggs in November 2025. While she has not publicly revealed his name or shared photos of him, she has referred to him by the nicknames Baby Brim and Baby Touchdown.
