Iconic ‘Breaking Bad’ Home Hits Market with Eye-Popping $4M Price Tag

Walter White’s legendary pad from Breaking Bad just landed on the real estate market.

The famous Albuquerque, New Mexico residence is asking a whopping $4 million – quite the jump from Zillow’s modest $343,000 estimate.

For that hefty $4 million tag, you’ll score a cozy 190-square-foot pad featuring four bedrooms, one bathroom, central air, and a pool. Oh, and you’ll be living in the spot where fictional chemistry teacher turned drug kingpin Walter White built his empire.

David Christensen, who’s handling the sale, told TMZ that this 1972 home is still a major tourist magnet from the beloved series. The current owners say roughly 300 cars cruise by daily just to catch a glimpse of the infamous residence.

After the show wrapped in 2013, they had to gate up the property because fans kept recreating that classic pizza-tossing scene from the show. So yeah, that’s another quirky perk that comes with the house.

Speaking to KOB4, owner Joanne Quintana shared the wild story of how it all started back in 2006 with an unexpected knock at the door. Her mom, who never answers the door, made an exception that day – and the rest is TV history.

“We were, like anybody, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime thing,” Quintana recalled. “You got to meet the actors, the actresses, and how they set up the equipment and what it all takes.”

She also spilled some fun behind-the-scenes tea about the cast. Like how Bryan Cranston couldn’t touch her mom’s cookies during filming because his character was losing weight from cancer. Though he finally got his cookie moment on the last day, posing with some biscotti. And how Aaron Paul would get into character as Jesse by grunting and firing himself up.

“The magic of Hollywood, nobody will ever get to experience what we did,” Quintana reflected.
