Soulja Boy’s convinced Drake needs to take a step back after this major fumble.
Taking to X, Soulja Boy shared his two cents about what’s going down globally, weighing in on hot topics from the TikTok drama to the blazing fires tearing through LA.
“If they really take TikTok away that means America’s done for,” he wrote before adding, “I ain’t trusting none of these dudes or these girls.”
“All of LA burning up like it’s nothing,” he continued. “For whoever needs to hear it, this world’s full of evil.”
Wrapping up his quick social media blast, Soulja Boy fired off a final shot at Drake.
“You need to vanish,” he wrote. “PS Drake u went out sad.”
Soulja Boy’s recent comment doesn’t appear to be connected to Drake’s ongoing situation with Kendrick Lamar – he already shared his thoughts about that drama on X last year.
“All those weak collabs and taking those guys on tour – look what happened. None of them had your back,” he wrote, making sure to tag Drake. “You let me down.”
The target of Soulja Boy’s latest remarks might actually be about Drake’s newly leaked track that seems to throw shade at LeBron James. The “Fighting Irish” freestyle that recently popped up online has Drake apparently throwing hints about being bothered by LeBron dancing and backing Kendrick Lamar during their beef.
Here’s the thing – “Fighting Irish” isn’t just some random title. It’s the team name of LeBron’s high school squad at St Vincent-St. Mary in Akron, Ohio. Plus, Drake mentions swapping a watch with someone who had an Arabic face on it – and wouldn’t you know it, LeBron’s been spotted rocking a similar piece over the years.
Drake also drops a line about someone needing to switch up their summer plans, which fans think points to LeBron’s regular visits to Caribana and OVO Fest in Toronto during summer break.
Whatever’s really going on, Soulja Boy never misses a chance to put Drake on blast. Last year, he chatted with Charlamagne tha God about his famous 2019 moment when he got fired up hearing Drake called “the biggest rapper in the world.” “That Drake question caught me off guard,” Soulja Boy admitted.
Just a few months earlier, Soulja Boy sent Drake a stern message after hearing an unreleased track on Kai Cenat’s stream mentioning him. “Drake, you’re out here talking about S.O.D., supersoak. Don’t play with me. That better be showing love,” Soulja Boy warned. “If you’re trying to sneak diss or mess with me in any way, I’m telling you right now, I’m coming for you.”
