Bruno Mars has his sights set on a collab with Sexyy Red.
Fresh off his Lady Gaga hit “Die With A Smile” spending its third week at No. 1 on the Hot 100, Mars hit Instagram to celebrate and tease his next move.
“THANK YOU ALL! I’m headed to the studio right now to make a strip club anthem so I can celebrate and properly act up this weekend,” he posted. Then he shot his shot at working with Sexyy Red: “Someone please help me get in touch with Sexyy Red!!”
Sexyy Red quickly jumped in with a now-deleted comment letting Mars know she’s down: “You lookin for ah real bthc baby I’m right hur,” she wrote.
Sexyy Red took their chat to X, tagging him with “Heyyyyyy Bruno!.” Mars hit back with “There she is.”
Bruno Mars’ Lady Gaga team-up has been crushing it since dropping last August – right when rumors were swirling that he’d racked up $50 million in gambling debt playing poker at MGM Resorts.
MGM shut down those claims quick, saying they were “completely false” and confirming Mars had “no debt with MGM.”
Mars had fun with all the buzz, even sharing a meme suggesting Lady Gaga was helping him clear his MGM debt with their collab.
He joked about the whole thing to the Las Vegas Review Journal: “I love the lore that I am a Las Vegas lounge singer in debt to the mob,” he said. “I can work with that.”
