Simon Guobadia, who’s currently splitting from Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams, has reportedly been picked up by ICE.
According to People, Williams talked about what’s going on with Guobadia in an Instagram post she later took down.
“It’s disheartening to see my estranged husband make choices that have led to this outcome. At this moment my priority is moving forward with my family,” Williams wrote with a prayer hands emoji.
People says they’re holding Guobadia, who’s from Nigeria, at Stewart Detention Center in Lumpkin, Georgia.
Just last year, Guobadia posted on Instagram celebrating his 42 years in America. That same month, Williams hit him with divorce papers after they’d been married for 15 months.
This news drops as Trump’s been talking up his administration’s mass deportations, calling it “draining the swamp” to fix the government.
At the Conservative Political Action Conference, Trump claimed that “the fraudsters, liars, cheaters, globalists, and Deep State bureaucrats are being sent packing.”
“The illegal alien criminals are being sent home,” he continued. “We’re draining the swamp and restoring government by the people, for the people.”
Trump also went off about how the “radical left” used to run things but that’s changing now.
“For years, Washington was controlled by a sinister group of radical left Marxists, warmongers and corrupt special interests who drained our wealth attacked our liberties obliterated our borders and sucked our country dry—not any longer,” Trump added.
Just this week, Homeland Security dropped news that they’re ending temporary protected status for 500,000 Haitians living in the U.S. come August.
