Michael Lohan, dad of actress Lindsay Lohan, got arrested after allegedly attacking his wife Kate Major.
TMZ got hold of court papers showing the 64-year-old was nabbed Saturday in Texas, facing a felony charge for “continuous violence against the family.”
A Harris County Sheriff’s rep told TMZ that Major, 42, was getting a mammogram when she told deputies Lohan had knocked her out of a chair at their house days before, leaving her hurting.
Cops arrested Lohan at home without any drama after a female deputy spotted bruises on Major’s body.
Page Six mentions the pair got hitched in 2014 but split up in 2018 when Major filed for divorce shortly after her own arrest for domestic battery.
TMZ points out this isn’t their first run-in with the law – just last year Major got arrested for breaking a protection order during a fight with Lohan.
Michael’s bail is set at $30,000 and he’s due in court Monday.
