Sean “Diddy” Combs faces yet another legal challenge.
According to court papers reviewed by TMZ and Page Six, the troubled hip-hop mogul is now being sued by a male escort who claims Diddy threatened and sexually assaulted him. Diddy’s attorneys have denied these accusations and maintained their client’s innocence as he battles federal sex crime charges.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” his lawyers told TMZ. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The plaintiff, known as “John Doe,” says he met Diddy in 2012 through a “male-companion service” in Florida. John Doe claims he later traveled to New York City to meet the Bad Boy Records founder at the InterContinental Hotel. Diddy was reportedly with a “female companion” when the plaintiff entered the room.
The lawsuit alleges Diddy forced the escort to perform oral sex and humiliating sex acts on the woman for hours. John Doe claims he was drugged during this encounter via water and/or baby oil rubbed on his body.
Diddy then allegedly followed the plaintiff to the bathroom and sexually assaulted him. John Doe says Diddy then made a chilling reference to 2Pac’s unsolved murder.
“While in the bathroom, Combs entered and said, ‘I really want you to stay, let’s turn up, let’s turn up,'” the lawsuit states. “Doe reiterated that he was not feeling well and needed to leave. Combs replied saying, ‘No, we’re gonna have some fun,’ and grabbed Doe’s penis while he began to simultaneously touch himself.”
“You better not say a word to anybody about this. Did you hear me?” Combs allegedly told the sex worker. “I’m not fucking playing with you. If I can get ‘Pac hit, what the fuck do you think can happen to you?”
John Doe says he agreed to keep quiet about the assault. He’s now seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 after being accused of multiple sex crimes. He’s currently locked up at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.
