Rick Ross and Freeway Ricky Ross continue their ongoing feud.
On Sunday, a 2Cool2Blog vlog featured YouTuber Peaks100 meeting boxer Ra-leek Born. When Born introduced Peaks to his manager, who is Freeway, Peaks asked, “You the real Ricky Rozay?” referring to Rick Ross.
“Ross. Rozay sound gay,” the former drug dealer responded. “And I ain’t fat either,” he added, lifting his shirt to show his stomach.
Freeway’s remarks were a clear jab at Ross, who quickly responded in 2Cool2Blog’s comments, writing, “The gangsta informant still lerks @freewayricky!! Go put on a suit peon.”
The two have been at odds for quite some time. Last summer, Freeway appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience, where Rogan asked, “Have you ever seen anybody confront Rick Ross about you?”
“Not in person, no”, Freeway replied. “Anytime I’m around he disappears.”
Freeway expressed his frustration about Rick Ross seemingly taking his name without permission. “How would you take my name and not have the decency to ask me?” he said. “You should have asked.”
The former drug dealer even took legal action, suing the rapper in 2010, though he ultimately lost on a technicality.
“I didn’t care about the name like that, I just felt that it was so disrespectful that he didn’t come out and ask me, or he didn’t show any consideration or pay any homage to the fact that he actually took my name,” Freeway added.
