Following last week’s engagement buzz, Brittany Renner has now hinted that she and Kevin Gates may have already gotten married.
During a conversation with PeopleStyle, which The Shade Room shared below, Renner discussed her conversion to Islam and its positive impact on her life, casually referring to Gates as her “husband” in the process.
“Islam has made my life better in every single category,” she revealed. “And like my husband says, the closer you get to God, the more you get. Literally in every category of my life. I mean, dreams happen.”
When questioned about her connection with Gates, she poured out affection for the rapper. “His name echoes in every chamber of my heart,” she gushed. “It’s hard to describe a love like that. All I can say is that I’m with the person that I quite literally dreamed of. And to be able to just wake up next to him and spend time with him, even to have him here behind me, it’s so surreal. I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I love him! He’s just the most beautiful person inside and out that I’ve ever met.”
The casual drop of the word “husband” comes right after Renner posted photos of herself with Gates where she’s sporting what looks like a massive diamond ring. “With my huzband,” she wrote in the caption.
Though the couple has apparently been an item since at least 2022, they only made things Instagram official last month.
