Boosie Badazz isn’t backing down from defending Diddy.
On Tuesday, Boosie jumped on X to tell his followers he believes Cassie willingly took part in the freak-offs and reaped benefits from her ten-year relationship with the disgraced hip-hop mogul. Boosie also claimed Diddy shouldn’t be facing sex trafficking charges, but domestic abuse charges instead.
“If anything, this should be a domestic abuse case not a sex trafficking case,” Boosie tweeted in all caps, with zero evidence.
“She enjoyed the wild sex parties n the extravagant gifts on the backend,” he added about Cassie. “All of these years of sex parties n you mean to tell me she didn’t enjoy it. I’m convinced she enjoyed it.”
He continued, “It was a lifestyle. This was consensual she was his girlfriend. Trying to give someone life in prison for this is bullshit.”
It looks like Boosie fired off these tweets after Cassie took the stand Tuesday, where she testified about the alleged abuse she suffered while dating the Bad Boy Records founder and described how arguments would “would result in violence [and] dragging.”
Last September, around when Diddy was arrested and hit with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges, Boosie jumped on X questioning the trafficking charges: “Jail for basically doing what every other famous entertainer has done ‘flew bitches out for 3 somes’ he just freakier.”
Diddy is indeed staring down life in prison. The racketeering charge alone carries a life sentence. Sex trafficking also comes with a maximum life sentence, while transportation to engage in prostitution carries up to 10 years.
