Flo Rida Surprises Crowd by Bringing Out 50 Cent at Houston Rockets Owner’s Yacht Bash

50 Cent’s latest side hustle? Surprising yacht partygoers with an unexpected performance.

Video obtained by TMZ shows the rapper and TV mogul shocking guests when Flo Rida brought him out as a surprise guest at Houston Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta’s lavish boat party.

“An icon, the legend,” Flo announced while introducing Fif. “The greatest ever. Make some noise for my brother, 50 Cent,” he added as the crowd went wild. 50 then launched into some of his biggest hits, including “P.I.M.P.” and “Candy Shop.”

According to the outlet, 50 and Flo also sprayed champagne from the stage. But this wasn’t just any bubbly – it was Le Chemin du Roi from 50 Cent’s own Sire Spirits brand – which translates to “The Path of the King” and runs about $150 per bottle.

Fertitta brought in Flo Rida and 50 Cent to perform at his yearly San Luis Salute celebrating Mardi Gras in Galveston, Texas, which happened on Fertitta’s massive 252-foot motor yacht, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Donald Trump recently tapped Fertitta to serve as US Ambassador to Italy and San Marino back in December. 50 and Trump have had their own history too. Last October, Fif revealed he turned down a $3 million offer to perform at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally. “I stay away from religion, I stay away from politics,” 50 told The Breakfast Club at the time.

On Monday (March 3), 50 also celebrated the 20th anniversary of his album, The Massacre, which features hit tracks “Candy Shop,” “Lil Bit,” and “Disco Inferno.”
