Ice Spice is feeling good about her body again.
Early Monday morning, the “Princess Diana” rapper posted a video of herself twerking on her Instagram Story, proudly captioning it, “So happy to be thick ASF again.”
The post follows months of online speculation about Ice Spice’s weight. Last year, fans pointed out that she appeared noticeably slimmer, sparking rumors that she was using Ozempic.
The rapper shut down those claims in August 2024 while touring to promote her debut album Y2K!, explaining that her intense schedule was to blame for her weight loss.
“Bitch, I wish y’all never learned the word Ozempic,” the 25-year-old said during an X Spaces chat. “That’s one thing I wish. Oh my god, like, what even is Ozempic? What the fuck is that? Like, genuinely, what is that, bro? Like, you lazy ass bitches never heard of a gym? It’s called a gym. It’s called eating healthy. It’s called being on tour. Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting home all fucking day, it’d be easier to stay big.”
That same month, Ice gave fans a peek at her fitness grind in a since-deleted X video, which showed her running and lifting weights as part of a full-body workout routine.
Then, in December 2024, she addressed the weight talk again—but this time with humor. After fans commented on her smaller frame in recent Instagram photos, she fired back with a SpongeBob SquarePants meme, posting a bloated, exhausted version of the character to her Story with the caption: “Nah she mid bro.”
