Sexyy Red is showing Drake love once again, this time with a huge billboard and a viral message promoting his new album Iceman.
Late Friday night (May 15), the rapper posted photos of herself posing in front of a giant billboard featuring her and Drake alongside the message: “GO GET MY BABY DADDY ALBUM WTF!”
The St. Louis rapper also shared the photos on X, adding lipstick, ice cube, and blood drop emojis in the caption.
The billboard quickly went viral online, with fans reacting to the bold message and the ongoing chemistry between the two rappers, whose friendship has become one of the most talked-about connections in hip hop over the years.
Sexyy Red and Drake first teamed up on “Rich Baby Daddy” from Drake’s 2023 album For All The Dogs alongside SZA. The track became a viral success and further pushed Sexyy Red into breakout star status.
Since then, Drake has continued showing love to the rapper by bringing her on tour, appearing in skits and livestreams with her, and more.
The billboard comes during the release weekend of Drake’s huge three-project drop featuring Iceman, Habibti, and Maid of Honour, with Sexyy Red also appearing on the latter two projects.
The Toronto rapper’s rollout has taken over social media in recent weeks thanks to cinematic livestream episodes, hidden teasers, celebrity appearances, and lyrics fans believe include several shots aimed at Kendrick Lamar and others.
Demand for the albums was reportedly so high that some streaming platforms experienced temporary outages and slowdowns shortly after the projects dropped.
