Safe to say, HaHa Davis has no plans to ever try swinging again.
During an appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay, Davis opened up about the experience of watching another man sleep with his girlfriend, the regret that followed, and what led them to give it a try in the first place.
According to Davis, the experience left him feeling like his girlfriend would never look at him the same way sexually afterward.
“I would never allow that to happen again,” he said around the 16:45 mark. “’Cause you can’t get that image out your head. Look, he was doing so good, I said, ‘I know she don’t want this after that.’ I know you don’t. There ain’t no way you want this after what he just did.”
As Davis shared the story, Sharpe’s reactions ranged from shock and confusion to outright laughter.
The comedian stressed that it was a one-time experience before offering even more details about what happened.
“He in there dog walking her, in full control of your old lady,” Davis said. “I damn near called the police. I thought he was an intruder.”
He also referenced a joke from his stand-up routine, saying, “We swing. First time we ever swung…he swung a little harder than me.”
Davis admitted the experience affected him deeply, claiming that seeing his girlfriend with another man left him “curled up in a bed for three days straight.”
“I won’t ever happen again,” he added. “I never got over the pain. The pain don’t go nowhere.”
When Sharpe asked why he would put himself through something like that, Davis explained that it came from a desire to “experience things” and “have fun sometimes,” but ultimately realized that “you don’t want nobody else doing that to your lady.”
