Social media has once again become familiar ground for Cardi B and Akbar V whenever their names are mentioned in the same space. What started as a fiery online feud years ago has never fully cooled off, with both rappers occasionally reigniting tensions through posts aimed at each other. Their latest exchange shows neither side seems ready to move on from the past.
The latest back-and-forth began after Akbar sent a series of messages to Cardi, telling her to “get in the booth” while also questioning how much music she has dropped recently. Given their history, the comments were quickly interpreted as another jab rather than harmless criticism. It didn’t take long before Cardi responded during a heated livestream, making it clear the tension between both artists is still very much alive.
“What the fck are you telling me to get in the booth? Bch, get in the casket. Get in the ditch, btch,” Cardi is heard yelling. “Nobody give a fck about you! Btch, I’m a fcking rich ass btch. I’m up about $75 million. And you telling me go get in the fcking booth. Btch, get the fck outta here! Don’t tell me what the fck to do, btch! I’m a f*cking boss!”
Cardi’s expletive-filled rant continued for quite some time, with more insults being thrown back and forth. It was obvious the “WAP” rapper had reached her breaking point. The feud between the two doesn’t appear to be cooling off anytime soon, with some social media users also suggesting Cardi should ignore the situation instead of responding, arguing that it only gives Akbar V more attention.
