Jack Harlow has had his fair share of setbacks throughout his career. Although he has delivered some major hit singles, his albums haven’t always lived up to expectations. This was particularly the case with his albumMonica, which some listeners considered to be in poor taste.
However, Harlow now appears ready to return to his rap roots. He’s taking things back to the EP that helped establish his mainstream success, Sweet Action. On Monday, the rapper announced that Sweet Action II is officially on the way, sharing both its release date and cover art.
Fans won’t have to wait long, either. Harlow is set to release Sweet Action II this Friday, November 6.
This Friday is shaping up to be a busy one for new music releases. Lil Baby is also scheduled to drop his project, Fresh, on the same day. The two releases will go head-to-head, but considering the scale of Baby’s album, we expect him to come out on top.
As for Harlow’s project, it will feature seven tracks and include a guest appearance from Babyface. Whether Sweet Action II will be enough to win back fans who may have lost faith in the rapper remains to be seen.
Ultimately, more releases mean more options for music lovers, especially as the year enters its final two months. Hopefully, Friday’s lineup of new music delivers on all the excitement.
