Offset Says Drake Never Took a Fee for Migos Features, Split Royalties Fairly

Fresh off the press run for his new album KIARI, Offset shared how Drake looked out for Migos during their come-up.

Speaking on the latest episode of the Full Send Podcast, the former Migos rapper revealed that Drizzy never asked the group for a feature fee and even gave them equal royalty splits on their collaborations.

“Always showed love. Always pulled up to the video shoots, all that sh*t. Don’t make a hassle, don’t be charging nothing,” Offset said.

Drake and Migos’ bond traces back to their breakout single “Versace,” which got the Drake remix treatment in 2015. From there, the two acts linked up multiple times, delivering hits like “Walk It Talk It” and “Having Our Way.”

On the Migos front, Offset recently shared that his relationship with Quavo is on the mend, and while nothing is set in stone, he’s open to teaming up again in memory of the late Takeoff.

“It’s possible. It’s not impossible,” he told Ebro Darden. “There’s no conversations about that though, but we’re just building each other first. We’re checking on each other.”
