Offset has made it clear he’s not planning to walk down the aisle again.
In a recent sit-down with Kyle Forgard on the Full Send Podcast, the 33-year-old rapper was asked if marriage might be in his future. His response was firm: “No, it’s not for me. I’ve done it, had three kids with it. It’s like a mission that’s been complete.”
When Forgard pressed about the idea of “happily ever after,” Offset shook his head before replying, “Everything’s temporary.”
Asked if he’d recommend marriage to others, the Migos alum didn’t hesitate: “No … I’ll tell you don’t get married. I would say unless you’re cool with changing your life … [If] you got a partner, that’s different. Especially when it’s written and it’s a real thing.”
He went on to explain how marriage can clash with the lifestyle of an artist: “Depends on how we move like our careers and shit, it’s just hard … I wouldn’t tell you to get married while you moving. Wait ‘til you get that money. I got to party sometimes, I got to shut down, they come with the career.”
Offset and Cardi B’s on-again, off-again relationship began in early 2017 before they tied the knot later that year. Cardi filed for divorce for the third and seemingly final time in July 2024. The two share three children—Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, born last September.
Offset also has three additional children from previous relationships.
