Pusha T and his wife, Virginia Thornton, are getting ready to welcome another baby.
Thornton shared the news on Instagram with a carousel of photos showing her cradling her baby bump. “2nd masterpiece on the way,” she captioned the post, adding, “God is good.”
Push and Thornton welcomed their first child, Nigel Broxx Thornton, on June 11, 2020. He also pops up in Thornton’s carousel, smiling beside her in photos and videos from their trip to an art gallery showcasing some of her work.
In 2022, Push opened up about how much legacy means to him during a sit-down with Charlamagne Tha God.
“Legacy is everything right now for me,” he said while reflecting on the loss of his parents. “Because I understand that, in their passing… I have so many great things to reference and, you know, with a tainted legacy you don’t have that.”
“I think about my son, and he’s gonna be able to look at the legacy of his dad and be like, ‘Oh man, he was amazing.’ Because that’s my goal. Because [my parents] were amazing,” he continued.
And speaking of accomplishments, Push has plenty to be proud of. He and his brother, Malice, scored five nominations at the 2026 Grammy Awards.
Their album Let God Sort Em Out — the Clipse’s first joint release in more than 15 years — is up for major categories, including Album of the Year and Best Rap Album.
Talking to GQ, both Push and Malice said bringing home a Grammy for this project would mean everything to them.
“Bringing home that hardware would mean everything,” Push said. “We going for it. We made the album, we looked at it like, this is that strong. We need to take something home for this.”
