In footage shared by XXL on X, Scott can be seen performing behind a DJ booth during the Nike TOMA National Final in New York City on Saturday (June 27). The street soccer event featured an Amazon Music Night, with the Houston rapper appearing as one of the evening’s special performers.
During the performance, Scott’s view of the crowd appeared to be blocked by a cameraman standing onstage. Wanting him to move, the rapper tossed several water bottles in the cameraman’s direction, striking him in the back before the cameraman eventually turned around and stepped aside after the third bottle. Scott then appeared to briefly speak with the cameraman before pulling out his phone to film the crowd as he continued enjoying the performance.
The moment is just the latest crossover between Travis Scott and the world of soccer, as the 2026 FIFA World Cup continues to capture global attention. The rapper has embraced the tournament, attending several matches, meeting Erling Haaland, and rolling out multiple merchandise and brand collaborations tied to the event.
The performance also marked another collaboration between Cactus Jack and Nike, whose sneaker releases and apparel drops have remained hugely popular. In recent years, live appearances and special events have become an equally important part of the partnership, with both brands continuing to expand their presence through in-person experiences.
Elsewhere, Travis Scott recently shared the stage with close collaborators during Don Toliver’s Los Angeles tour stop. Toliver surprised fans by bringing out his Cactus Jack label boss, Kanye West, to perform their BULLY collaboration, “FATHER.”
